ROOTBOUND
Like plants I believe humans thrive and grow in the right environment. During that process of growing there is a point where the roots have no more corners to explore, no more room to get stronger and no more nutrients to intake. We get tangled in all our growth and in all the lessons we’ve learnt. We are root bound.
Sometimes, all we need is a change of pot.

Maybe the bigger lesson is making room for all our new growth in our environment, in our relationships and in our routines. To allow all of this new energy to transform into new leaves, new life.

But what do I know, I am just repotting my plants in lockdown again.
